We asked this company for a carpet quote for an office for commercial premises…they arrived on time as organised and were polite and courteous…We then looked in store at samples..The measuring consultant had rung through telling the staff at the store we were coming…We were greeted by name and shown samples as requested. Great service and very professional. Well done guys.

I found Modo Flooring thru a Google search. I checked out their website, which was very easy to navigate and visually attractive. I submitted an online query and received a response within the day, thanking me for my query and asking if a Sales Rep can follow up on my query by phone. The Sales Rep (Chris) contacted me straight away, asked what I needed help with and arranged a time to come out. Chris was helpful (not at all pushy), friendly and professional. He maintained contact with me throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and informed along the way, he managed my expectations and kept to timeframes. From the moment I sent the online query right thru to having the carpet installed, Modo’s customer service was at a very high level, professional, warm, friendly and they made me feel like they are there to serve me, to help me achieve my goals for my home. I am very happy and would definitely recommend Modo to others.
