Our aim is to source the best quality and design of tiles available globally, which are manufactured according to International Standards EN 14411-G allowing us to confidently guarantee the quality of our products.
All tiles from Quantum Group are sold according to our current terms and conditions of trade and are guaranteed for 10 years. Quantum Group will supply free of charge any tiles supplied by them which are proven to have latent faults within 10 years of installation. This guarantee extends to replacement of product supplied only and does not extend to natural stone products, end-of-line or clearance sale tiles or the cost of re-installation. It needs to be noted that there is no guarantee that replacement of product will be exactly the same batch size or series.
