Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who request a commercial flooring quote during the Competition Period.
2. Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

How to Enter

4. To enter, eligible participants must request a commercial flooring quote from the Promoter during the Competition Period via the website, or over the phone or email referencing this promotion.
5. One entry per commercial flooring quote requested. 
6. Entries must be received during the Competition Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Prize Details

7. There are two (2) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) JBL PartyBox Sound System valued at $828 RRP each.
8. Total prize pool value: $1,656 NZD.
9. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
10. Total prize entitlement is one per business, irrespective of the number of entries.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

Winner Selection & Notification

11. Winners will be drawn by random selection on 7th December 2025 at Modo Flooring Christchurch.
12. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw using the contact details provided at the time of quote request. 
13. Winners' names will be published on social media post notification.
14. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt, or if a prize is unclaimed by 7th January 2026, the prize will be redrawn, and a new winner will be selected.

General Conditions

15. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, and entry details for promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
16. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct and promote this competition. Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer system, server, or provider, or any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this competition.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if it becomes impracticable to continue due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
